We encourage you to keep track of your progress as you grow. Journaling, rehearsal notes, photos, or video recordings can help you capture your experiences and see how your skills evolve over time.
Reflective practice is an important part of artistic development. When you create a record of your work, you give yourself something to review, analyze, and learn from. Looking back allows you to recognize growth, identify patterns, and make thoughtful adjustments that strengthen your technique and performance.
Research in the arts shows, that reflection helps artists connect their experiences to learning, build self-awareness, and develop their artistic identity. Over time, documenting your journey becomes a powerful tool for personal evolution, confidence, and creative progress.
